I had an amazing experience at Ruth's Chris Steak House. The food was absolutely delicious—everything was cooked to perfection. My server was excellent: attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. On top of that, our table was surprised with champagne on the house, which really elevated the experience. The manager was so polite and welcoming and made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. You truly get what you pay for...

I was very disappointed in our meal. I took my husband here for his birthday. I've been to another location for Ruth Chris years ago and it was great. This time the steaks were not cooked as ordered. My filet was overcooked and tough. My husband's was very rare in the center and he sent it back. The other food was just average.

The only complaint was that the pacing of the food was not good. I was still eating my salad when the the steak was served. And, the steak was rare. I ordered medium. Had to send it back. Disappointing.
