We have eaten there many times and loved it. This time it felt very different. Our reservation was at 8:00. At 3 minutes till we were told that they wouldn't seat us until 8:00 exactly. Where did this policy come from? It makes people feel uncomfortable and that they aren't wanted. There was no one else waiting and plenty of tables available. Bad. Bad service.

Was a great experience, from the minute we walked in with the hostess (Shelly) greeting us, wish us a happy anniversary, (yes it was in their computer) but acknowledged non the less with a smile. Will our waiter, was great!! Very informative with and on the menu, food was great but with a great waiter It makes the experience ten fold. From the rose petals on the table to the acknowledgment from Will as well. We are from NOLA, and would recommend Ruth's Chris in the Hard Rock...

They were out of a couple of items we ordered. It was extremely hot in the back of the restaurant, several of us were sweating and made it less enjoyable. The food and service were great.
