Don't listen to the one star review people.. this place is definitely a go to if you want a really good meal. Yes its in a small area, yes only 2 servers but I'm telling you it's worth the wait of the extra 3 minutes. Flavorful and delicious. Have not had a bad experience or meal yet . Gone twice in the last month and will continue to go... thank you to the staff if they see this...
So far we've had 4 different meals. They were all freaking fantastic. The atmosphere is in the middle of a casino but you don't eat there for the ambiance. It is the perfect take out food or food while you are gambling. In the early 2000's it was subpar. We tried to give it a chance again in 2026 and are blown away by the quality of the food. My words don't do it justice. It's excellent.
NickKeisha was the best waitress and made the entire experience amazing!

Macau Kitchen at Bally's Atlantic City offers delicious food with generous portions. Dishes like fried dumplings, chicken wings, general tso, and house lo mein are recommended. The szechuan beef was flavorful but had too many vegetables. The atmosphere is great, with helpful staff and no long waits. A late-night option, they serve until 2 am, serving tasty dishes like combo pho.
