2nd time coming around 8pm. The first time they told the car in front of me they were closed. So I did a mobile order while in there drive thru and got it.
Tonight I ordered and they gave me old cold tots and an ice cold hamburger. I drove back and had them redo my order.
Just a bunch of kids hanging out and not doing any work
Just waited 25 minutes for an order! I was the only car in line. Lobby was closed! Literally four people walking around as I waited for my order!! Do better Sonic!!
I recommend they get employees that can hear, take orders, follow directions.
