I ordered food from this establishment. I got home and noticed that it wasn’t fixed the way I ordered. I called and asked to have it fixed the I wanted it. The manager proceeds to read my ticket and tells me that the order wasn’t taken the way that I originally ordered it and that I could not get new nachos. The owner acts like I made a mistake when I ordered my food. I know how I want my food.
First, service was very slow. Took a while for someone to bring chips or take our order. Also, after giving the server a gracious tip of 20 percent despite the delays, they must have felt it wasn't enough so they added a couple of more dollars to their tip on my card without my consent. We will not be going back.
We had a to go order, our order was wrong, when we showed the ticket they were rude, they refused to refund our money and the food was terrible that we did eat. We never received part of our order and we were not refunded. Worst Mexican food and service in Mississippi.
