The KFC in Brandon Ms gave me the best service on Mother's Day. The food was exceptional and the service mind blowing. Everything was so good that we called the store to thank them for a job well done.
placed my order in the app at 710 at my house a mile away. got to the store 5 minutes later, doors are locked, can't pick up the order inside. get in drive thru line and to the window 10 minutes later. my order hasn't been received. worked catches attitude with me about not believing I placed my order and cannot give me anything from my order. tells me to pull up. 5 minutes later, she tells me my order finally came through. 20 minutes later, still no food, but you've charged my...read full review

They have a sign for a chicken sandwich covering 1/2 the menu sign in the drive through. They don't like questions ask, seemed like they expect you to know what you want! Unhelpful was nicest word I can say. Need some work on customer service and patience.
