placed my order in the app at 710 at my house a mile away. got to the store 5 minutes later, doors are locked, can't pick up the order inside. get in drive thru line and to the window 10 minutes later. my order hasn't been received. worked catches attitude with me about not believing I placed my order and cannot give me anything from my order. tells me to pull up. 5 minutes later, she tells me my order finally came through. 20 minutes later, still no food, but you've charged...read full review
Takes a minute some times when I come for someone to answer .. workers never seem joyful . Got a pot pie and it wasn’t full I use to work there years ago they always did things right they have fallen off bad ! Every location .. don’t recommend
Was given old chicken and when I took it back inside the store, the young man at the counter told me that it looks that way because of the way it’s cooked. The way the chicken is prepared had nothing to do with them serving me old chicken. Meanwhile the managers on duty were standing right there conversing with each other instead of handing business.
