Terrible customer service. Employees were not even remotely friendly or pleasant. Extremely long wait times. I ordered two pizzas and a breadstick and was told food was ready. I paid. Cashier then said food was not ready. Waited 30 minutes. Got tired of waiting. Asked for a refund. Cashier said she voided my transaction and gave me a receipt. the younger staff here are extremely rude and have attitudes. they really need to get an attitude adjustment or just not work here if they can't hire people that have better customer services skills
cause these children, ain't it.
I called ahead of time and ordered what i needed. Got to the window and paid and a girl told us that it wasn’t ready yet and to pull around front that she would BRING it out to is herself. Well 30 mim goes by with no pizza brought to us. I call and they tell me they cant because they are too busy. Well she wasn’t too busy to answer the phone.
