Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza online, the wait time said it was 25 to 35 minutes. It took over an hour to get the pizza. I called the store and they were unapologetic and said it was going to take 55 to 65 minutes because there was a football game. When I told them the estimate time giving to me was 25 to 35 minutes they just said no it was 55 to 65 minutes. It was supposed to be contactless delivery it was not. It's been a while since I'd been to Pizza Hut, but I really wanted a personal pan pizza and cheese sticks. I was putting my order in incorrectly online and had to call the store for assistance and they were patient and very helpful. Upon arriving to the location, the outside was clean and the staff at the drive thru were friendly! Overall great experience.

I have had nothing but great experiences here. We ordered delivery and our pizza got taken to another location, the manager himself called me to tell me and got it delivered as quickly as possible! Not only that but he also gave me a credit for the next time that I ordered for the inconvenience. Talk about outstanding service!
