“i traveled to Brookhaven for a few years for work. this was easily one of the best and most wholesome southern kitchens ive ever seen. i think about it still to this day. god bless all of you in this small little town. good pricing great soul cooked food felt the "at home cooking" great staff.”

“Every hunting season, I’m not sure if i’m more excited to get into the woods in Pike/Lincoln county or to get up to Dude’s in Brookhaven for the best biscuit! This past Friday was another example of why i’ll always drive 30 minutes for Dude’s. We were looking for blood from a deer my buddy shot at & it pushed up back on arriving before they close, however we called & Dude’s had our biscuits waiting for us bagged in the drive thru! Great service & the best biscuit around! Thank y’all!!!”

“Tips is the best all the way around the food is amazing and the service is excellent. My go to is a cheeseburger, Tiffany is the only person who can fix it the way I want it anywhere else I order them plain and nowhere else makes them that fresh and that delicious! You absolutely cant beat the ribs or the pulled pork either. And if you want to talk about service, well its above and beyond without a doubt. Anytime I have friends or family from out of town over this is where I order from. If you haven't tried Tips you are missing out”

“Got a to go order, spoke with Christine. She’s very good at talking to customers over the phone. She’s friendly, she hears and understands you she’s just good at what she does. Also the time before this one, I spoke with a man and I believe he said he was a new manager? He was very good at understanding and knowing what you want as well. Both of them are very very good. I’m a big time pizza fan and this is the best place around here with the best pizza that is very similar to the type of pizza at my hometown pizza place in Tennessee. Fresh toppings, the dough isn’t ridiculous. Can definitely tell it isn’t dominos pizza haha! Anyways, I’m glad this place is open. Customer service and pizza is a 10/10!!! I will order from them forever as long as they stay open!!”

“My family and I were visiting a friend in a neighboring town. It was her birthday so I looked up bakeries nearby which led me to Janie’s. I called and the woman who answered was incredibly kind and helpful, happily answering all of my questions! When we arrived, the location was very cool and the staff was very nice. The cookie I got for my daughter was great and my friend was so happy that we surprised her with some goodies from there, she was familiar with the bakery and apparently loves it! Super win! Also, my husband got the chicken on a stick, and it honestly was so good I wish we got two of them! Thanks for the wonderful experience! 🖤”

“Nothing fancy but great food at very inexpensive price compared to more traditional Japanese steak houses. Had Hibachi chicken and fried rice with broccoli and it was very comparable to the expensive places I’ve been to. From the salad menu, be sure to try the crab rangoons - those were the best I’ve ever had by far.”

“It is amazing in my opinion! My family goes there all the time and we truly enjoy it. Having options to choose from at the buffet makes jt easy to choose your own portion and what you want. You can also see the food before you choose to get it which I very much prefer at a restaurant.”

“The best fast food hamburger in Brookhaven. The best chilli cheese dog period …. It’s perfect. Also they have golden butterscotch sundaes and shakes . Which was gone for years but is now back . This place has always been my favorite and likely always will.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of food options for kids”

“We were in town for U8 baseball tournament and our first night at The Fish Fry set the tone for our whole visit. The food was delicious, the staff were so attentive and friendly and even the locals dropped by our table and welcomed us to their town. Could not have asked for a better experience. “Another very nice bar restraunt in Brookhave. If you are looking for a relaxing place for you and your friends to wind down after a day of travel or just a long day, this is a good choice. The servers greet you with a smile and truly seem to enjoy what they or doing. Their attitude is infectious.
The food and beverages are well prepared and there is a good selection.
The area around the Georga Blue is also a very plesent area to stroll.
If you have not selected a place to spend the night, heck out The Inn On Whitworth. Easy walking distance a wonderful place to stay.”
