Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings serves good food, but the dining experience can be marred by cleanliness and service issues. The restaurant has had problems with sticky floors, leaky drink machines, and a lack of supplies like ice, ketchup, and napkins. While some employees seem unbothered by these issues, others provide quick service and good value for the price.
