The manager JAMES is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told to come back in the morning for my tea since they were out the day previously. He accused me of lying about receiving a refund as if I have to lie about receiving $3.76. He then proceeded to check the register and saw nothing was refunded. He proceeded to have an attitude instead of owning up to his mistake and assumptions. They never have any menu items and then he proceeded to have an attitude?
Byram Starbucks is the superior Starbucks. I’ve been to MANY, but none compare to this one! Friendly staff, great coffee, and QUICK service! Thank you Byram Starbucks for being awesome!
Starbucks in Byram is by far the BEST Starbucks I have been to. And I have been to many across the south. The team is awesome. They do an excellent job and the drinks are consistent.
