I don’t usually review places where I eat. If something puts me off, I just don’t spend anymore of my money with them. However, today I got to-go from Bamboo Express and I have nothing but good things to say. The food was delicious and hot, my order was correct and the service was very nice. I will be back soon and will continue to give them a big thumbs up and prayers that they prosper.
My family and I just tried several different dishes at the new location in Flowood/Rankin County. Everything was delicious. The staff and owner were great. My entire family is excited to have Bamboo Express in our community. They are located in the space formerly occupied by Golden China. You should absolutely go by and see them, you will not be disappointed.
I knew it was a probably a dumb decision to risk going to this restaurant a third time, but nonetheless, I did it because we do not have many options in this area. I’ve had the sesame chicken, a noodle dish and on this occasion I tried the coconut shrimp. I have not had a good meal from them yet. Most of the pieces of shrimp I received are so hard and stale from being cooked some time ago that I cannot pierce them with a metal fork. The “plain” rice is not sticky rice like...read full review

Bamboo Express serves delicious food that's worth the drive. Try the amazing Crispy Black Pepper Chicken!
