“Although this is my 2nd favourite Wendy's (because it stays sooo busy from it being off the highway)...Their service is awesome...The cookies are ALWAYS sooo fresh and chewy..One night, about 2 weeks ago...I called to see if they had any sugar cookies left...And although they didn't, the manager himself, baked some just for me (well mainly anyway :) )...To the Wendy's in Canton MS...Keep on doing what you doing!!! I love y'all and I'm sure many other do too!!!“
“The managers here have to become Team players to support the crew when it's crowded, rush hour and in crunch time....Never should a manager tell a crew member; that they cannot do a job, I dont do that, or it's not my job. I from old school where managers knew all aspects of the operations and had to hold the line to make things happen effectively and assist with the mission of delivering a great service. Some retraining and personal development tactics need to be installed here.... But at the end of ya gruesome wait....it's Wendy's food and taste that helps you to compromise....“
