“My husband and I stopped here at the Wendy’s on 18 in Brandon, MS for supper last night (like 9pm!) and I was truly blown away by the service. We encountered 3 different workers and all 3 were exceptional! The guy taking our order then collecting money at the window was so friendly and pleasant. The woman at the next window that gave us our food was so sweet and just beaming. We had to pull up to wait on one of our burgers which was fine bc we had frostys and fries to snack on. The girl that brought the rest of our order out was just as nice as the others. I don’t eat fast food very often, at all, one reason being the workers typically just seem miserable. But the service we had at this Wendy’s location definitely inclines us to revisit and support.“
“Floor has been sticky near drink machines 3 of last 5 times I've been here. NEVER any ketchup in the dispenser. Slow kitchen service. Repeatedly Disappointed. Need better management.
