“I was surprised. In Mississippi, I had to wait 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant, or even at a Starbucks drive-thru, so I wondered if it was normal for food to be served slowly. For the first time at this Wendy's, I was able to properly drive through the food without having to wait from checkout to pick up. Ordering went smoothly with no errors at all. This is my first experience in Mississippi. This is a response I would like all stores to follow. Thank you for the great experience.“
“Food was good, order was messed up but went back threw the drive thru and they made it right.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy parking and very accessible for people using wheelchairs. Staff makes you feel comfortable and service is top notch. Which it should be. They go beyond their duties to make sure your visit is 110% to your satisfaction.“
“Ordered a baconator without the bun and only got three out of the six strips of bacon. For 8 bucks I could have bought a pack of bacon at Wally World. I'd give 3 stars but the people were fast and nice enough, and the store was clean. Oh well.“
