We love KFC the drive through attendants could be more personable. If you don't like ppl find a new job choice. Also, we didn't check the bag vc we were rushed, however we never got our Gravy for the mashed potatoes. By the time I realized I was home fixing plates...I haven't written a bad review on KFC as their food is good but I will say a remodel won't help if you don't have great service and provide what's the customer paid for... My husband just ordered the KFC fillup the cashier name was Kizzy .When he got home the biscuits were not wirh the rest of the food make sure to check your orders before you leave. the restaurant in Carthage Ms
