“Catering by Cathy did a fantastic job of catering a pasta bar for our rehearsal dinner for 50 guests. The salad was good and the pasta and sauces were hot and delicious. The dessert choices were a brownie and a fantastic white chocolate bread pudding. Cathy was easy to work with and shared her professional insight regarding portions, traditional guest preferences, and suggestions for the flow of buffet service. Catering by Cathy also made individual cheesecakes for the grooms cake on the wedding day. They were a hit! They were on time for both events and the service was great. Each interaction with Cathy and her staff was both professional and kind. I will use them again for my next event.“
