Catering by Cathy did a fantastic job of catering a pasta bar for our rehearsal dinner for 50 guests. The salad was good and the pasta and sauces were hot and delicious. The dessert choices were a brownie and a fantastic white chocolate bread pudding.
Cathy was easy to work with and shared her professional insight regarding portions, traditional guest preferences, and suggestions for the flow of buffet service.
