When it comes to service, atmosphere, and food quality, my ratings will vary depending on which crew is there. I have noticed that whenever Edmond is working, that shift produces a quality product. A few times, Edmund has told me that the pizza is having to be remade because it did not pass the quality check. I am not mad about that at all. In fact, that in itself is impressive . It tells me that crew takes pride in the quality of the food. And usually the freshly made replacement pizza comes out quickly.
Let's talk about customer service. Sometimes a gentleman named Edmund is at the drive up window. That guy knows how to greet and take care of customers. It is very rare to see that these days. I don't know anything about the guy except that his name is Edmund and he has great people skills. And whichever crew works the same night as Edmund, they are killing it. They produce a great product. So, on the nights that Edmund and that crew are there, my ratings change to 5 stars on food, service and atmosphere.
Nothing wrong with the other crew, they do a good job as well.“
