“Charming restaurant with excellent home cooked food and great service and hospitality. There are lots of selections of southern sides. The greens, black eyed peas, cabbage and candies yams are exceptional. Some of the best most flavorful baked chicken I have ever eaten. The jalapeño cornbread had jalapeño pieces in it and was delicious and a bit spicy. As for the dessert, the pecan pie was exceptional as well. Don't forget to have them warm it up for you... don't have any negative comments to make. Locally owned home cooked food is a rarity these days and this place is a rarity. Enjoy!!“
“My food was cold, among a party of 25 so sending it back when 15 others were waiting on their meals would have been rude and might have held up their meals. I ate it and it was filling. This wasnt the first time Ive had cold steak. I will just stick to the cold salads. They are great EVERYTIME!“
“Started out with appetizers i got the stuffed mushrooms & they were ahhhhmazing!! Also got the NOLA BBQ shrimp I wasn't a huge fan on those considering they were in a bowl of sauce with the shells still on very messy. I got the Prime 12 Oz steak super delicious but it wasn't hot enough for me it was warm would have liked it to been sizzling when brought to table but flavor was on point I got medium rare super flavorful and tender.“
“Great food! First time I went I came back for the next meal!Great menu selection, the choice burgers are cheap! Flying around $7-$8 when all the other shops are selling homemade burgers for $10-$11!Food just feels authentic, like you’re eating a burger at your 4th of July party. I recommend calling ahead and picking up drive thru (you can’t order in the drive thru).Rabbit sauce contends with the likes of canes sauce!Parking: There’s infinite parking.“
