I couldn't even even imagine a more delicious brisket!!! Fresh, hot, moist, juicy, perfectly smoked plate full of meat!!! Fabulous for my Keto diet needs
I came across Brothers Keeper at Trademark Brewing. Being from Texas, it’s hard to pass up trying a new BBQ pop up. I had the Mac and Cheese, Deviled Eggs, and Brisket.
The Mac and Cheese was killer.
The Deviled Eggs were delicious.
The Brisket was on point.
I also loved how personable the guys were and how they were open to, and wanted, feedback.
I will definitely hit them up again!

Love love love this place. Always get a full plate of rib tips and the baked beans and potato salad I get every time. Saw they added brisket to the menu so we tried that and it was good.
Only recommendation is that the baked beans be a little thicker and the brisket was a little greasy. Other than that I still give Brothers Keepers a 5/5.
