Columbus Mississippi, these people need to be retrained. You going to lose a lot of business. They act like it a chore to wait on you. And that's sad
Have always loved this Popeyes, but went in to get my food, the lady working the front counter was so slow. If she had moved any slower, she could have been in a coma. After 20 minutes standing there waiting ,I left. The line was very long at the window. These managers need to retrain their worker's. It's sad when you can tell ,they don't care if they wait on you or not.
We just went through the drive through (of course because they still aren’t open inside). We were headed home an hour away. I ordered popcorn shrimp with a biscuit and potatoes and gravy and my husband ordered chicken nuggets with fries. We were asked to pull forward because it would be 3 1/2 minutes on the chicken nuggets. After about 10 minutes we backed up to the window and the guy handed us our food.
