This has to be the worst service I ever recieved anywhere......crazy stuff they was not prepared at all....hour waiting on service even the owner came and spoke with us and never came back! Do not expect anything but bs here

Me and family ate here tonight and it was the worst experience we have ever had. The queso was runny, my food had so much grease on the plate, and the service wasn’t good whatsoever! I would not recommend them over Arturo’s at all!!

Horrible experience. They messed my order up. My daughter ordered a grilled chicken salad and they gave her grilled chicken on lettuce with a pack of ranch. When I requested a refund, I was denied. The female had a nasty attitude very unprofessional. I do not recommend this location. All I did was waste time and money.

Got it to go. They did not know how to prepare a steak medium rare, plus it did not have a good flavor. The best part was the baked potato which is why it got a second star. Will be going to Arturos from now on.

Overall, Los Parrilleros delivers great food, great service, and a great vibe—definitely a place worth visiting again!

Tried placing an order and calling in, they answered and didn’t take my order, they sat the phone down and all I heard was talking after continuously said “hello” then when I hung up to call back, it wouldn’t let me call.

Absolutely terrible! The food was disgusting, it all tasted burnt and it was cold. Chips were stale. Go to Arturos if you're looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Crystal Springs. Please don't waste your money here like I did! Will never be back! Arturos is a million times better, but I wanted to give this restaurant a chance and it was a definite failure.

The food was amazing, the waitress was lazy. The atmosphere was great till a bunch of kids come in and wanted to be loud and obnoxious. Hard to enjoy a family dinner with that going on.

You need to taste

Ordered a med well ribeye it was served well done manager came and immediately said he wouldn't replace but he could see i only cut the end of my steak and in the middle when I showed the waitress it wasn't medium well after she assured me it was. I ended up only eating my salad and shrimp.... so money go down the drain. I drove all from flowood (over 45 mins) to dine with friend to only receive horrible service & over cooked food and still hungry. Do not recommend 1-2 pm
