This is not a great McDonald's. The soda and tea are always hot and gross, and the food isn't prepared well. They have recently hired some new workers that have very friendly faces! But, it doesn't help a lot when the food isn't edible.

We travel a lot and this quick stop was one of the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest McDonald's we've seen.

Normal franchise. Food is consistent with the chain. Several mobile order pickups were wrong or shorted items over the last 2 years. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. The drive thru is a little slow, may be due to staffing. An ok place to stop and get fed on the road.

From Jackson to McComb they not messing with this location off of I55 kudos to the manager and crew. I was quite surprised. Great job I will only come here from now on until I’m surprise somewhere else but I doubt it not a Mississippi pride for a clean professional Tasha was friendly. I wanted up spending $30 and I only came for steak bagel. Have a great day.
We all know McDonald's for their fast service and them nuggies, but this McDonald's was a disgrace. They took about 20 minutes, they also forgot many of our food so we had to go through that but in the end we got our food.

The natives that work there are the rudest folks on earth. Check your order. 100% going to be wrong. Can’t say enough negative about this place. I waited 20 minutes for the burger. Waited another 20 minutes for them to make another. There isn’t a parking spot left because of people waiting for their order.

I went in on October 20 ,2024 was refused service two guys on sandwich station were laughing talking no one came to take my order my daughter cried because she couldn’t get her French fries
