I ordered two big breakfast, we did not get our hash browns and ordered unsweetened tea got sweet. Would not complain but it was drive thru.
Employees don’t seem to be trained at all.

Plenty of workers, all very nice and welcoming. I had placed my mobile order in the parking lot, went inside to use restroom, and food was waiting on counter for me! Extremely fast service. And on top of that the lady behind the counter surprised me with an unexpected treat. Very shocked at how nice and clean the restaurant was too. Definitely will stop by again if driving through Crystal Springs.

McDonald’s is a common stop on our road trips. The bathrooms are almost always clean, and the food is generally consistent.
But not here. I guess I should have known I was in for it when the place was empty and one of the workers was asleep at a table. Either overworked or just eternally bored. The main room was spotless. The bathroom was a mess. I needed a Frappe since I had a long drive ahead, but their machine was down. No apology, just an off handed comment that the machine was down. My son needed a quarter pounder plain (he’s autistic so it MATTERS that it’s plain) but I asked for it plain and got a blank stare.
I hate to be a ‘Karen’ (or whatever the male equivalent is) but I didn’t want the fight in the car. So I made sure I was clear what that meant. Meat, cheese, bun. I got an exasperated sigh as a response. I suddenly realized I was being ‘that’ customer, so I tried to defuse but she just looked bored. We got it plain, so I gave the food a 4star.
Guys, I know I can be difficult. Other people can be hateful. But your smile, apology, and friendly attitude can make a difference in every life you touch.

My food was cold and I stay down the street. I had to warm food up before going back to work so that left me no time to run any errands I had to run. Upset and disappointed I am very. I paid for hot food not cold food

Everything about my meal was made with lazy .spicy Chicken wraps had no spice , nor any sauce and chicken was over cooked .
The two simple burgers , had almost no onions , dressings and cheese looks like it was tossed across the room as a sport , half on the burger .
Fries were undercooked but seasoned well. My drink was flat and tried a different drink and it was flat also .
Behind the counter was messy and unorganized . Overall , I can’t count on this place to give me a good exchange of my money .
Slow service, and when the lady at the register was taking another customers order, she ignored me when I was trying to get my cup for 10 minutes, while another lady was busy chatting with another customer during the whole time
