It's been a very long time since I got service this good from fast food. The guy fixing my order had it ready on the counter literally before his manager was done punching it into the register. Everything was fresh - fries were crisp, chicken hot, and their biscuits are just plain delicious. A+

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding the extremely unprofessional experience I had at your Popeyes location on Saturday night.

At 9:13 PM, I placed an online order for two 5-piece tender combos and one 3-piece tender combo. After placing my order, I waited in the parking lot for approximately 15 minutes before approaching the drive-thru because the lobby doors were locked and customers were unable to enter the restaurant.

When I reached the speaker, I was informed that the store only had chicken available and that there would be a 20-minute wait. I then explained that I had already placed and paid for an online order and provided my name. The employee informed me that the tenders were frozen and stated that I would have to cancel my order myself in order to receive a refund.

What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and professionalism. No one attempted to contact me by phone or email to notify me that the items I ordered were unavailable, despite the order already being placed and paid for online.

After being ignored over the speaker while asking reasonable questions, I drove to the window and requested to speak with the manager. The manager, whose name I later learned was Charkeisha, along with two male employees, were hiding, laughing, and refusing to come to the window. When she finally came to speak with me, I explained that I wanted her name so I could report the situation to corporate. She refused to provide her name.

I then parked in front of the store to call a family member regarding the situation and the money that had already been taken from my card for food I never received. While I was on the phone, the manager and the two employees continued looking through the lobby windows laughing at me.

This entire situation was disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Customers should not be treated this way, especially after paying for food they never received.

5 stars all across the board. Will visit this location again.

The food is always fresh, literally the best Popeyes location I’ve been to in a while. Great friendly staff as well.

They are so on point with everything. People are very kind and helpful. Will be back.

Employees are rude, the mobile app rarely works correctly and it doesn’t matter what you order, they either don’t have it or you’re going to pull up and wait a ridiculous amount of time.

Disappointed again. I'm not really sure why it's like this, but I order 2 of the 3 piece combos through the drive thru and get it home to find it's only 2 pieces in both and no biscuits in either. It's always this particular branch and it's always just me there. It's not busy at all. I hate that I have to start double checking food before I leave. I try to keep everything closed up and warm. I'll drive to Byram or go somewhere else.

The food was great! Fresh and hot! My 3 Pc spicy white was on point hunni. It filled my spirit and my tummy. The crew was cheerful engaging and the place was very clean . I had a wonderful experience!
