Ms. Noreen was very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. I was excited to finally try the soft shell crab poboy (well seasoned and fried to perfection- kiss the cooks), it didn’t disappoint! I will definitely be back, my friend got a fish poboy and she’s said, “It was really good, the fish was fresh and the bread was soft. (The menu was simple, something for everyone). The establishment was very clean and don’t be intimidated by the chairs. I’m plus sized and was quite comfy while I dined in.

Great food. It was highly recommended by several people when we asked where the best place to get a PO boy was.

Didn't disappoint.

The staff is truly the star of this place! We were greeted and immediately made welcome. I found the atmosphere comforting, Southern down home - general store store vibes. The food - perfection!!!! That po-boy bread has pre-Katrina vibes❣️

My boyfriend got us some poboys togo and the shrimp and steak poboy was so bland and gross I couldn’t even eat it. Not to mention 2 poboys and 2 bread puddings were 52 dollars. I tried is poboy which was the pot roast poboy and it was just ok and the bread pudding was disappointing too.

Roast beef po boy was good. Shrimp po boy was not good. The shrimp were not hot and they were so overcooked and dry that between that and the bread it could about choke ya. For us it’s way too expensive for the quality.

I ordered a dressed and pressed fish poboy for lunch today. It took a little while for the order, but it was worth it. The fish was crispy and the dressed and pressed poboy was very good...unfortunately between the poboy and a regular drink the price was almost $20. There's nothing po' about it. I guess inflation prices have reached us all

Got a shrimp poboy and potato salad. Shrimp was rubbery and poboy was missing American cheese. Potato salad was bland and not good at all. First and last time trying this location.

Ordered the pot roast plate.... got a scoop of mushy meat with some toast. Potato salad on the side. No utensils, not even a napkin. This was takeout....
It was described as slow roasted pot roast with baby carrots, potatoes, and onions. Definitely not what I got. Really disappointed.

My mother and I visited for lunch today, placing our order at 11:30 AM. Unfortunately, we did not receive our food until 12:10 PM. While the Catfish Po’boy was tasty, it contained only one small piece of fish that was cut up and spread throught the poboy, which seemed insufficient for an 8-inch sandwich priced at $15. I expected more fish given the cost. Additionally, the hot sauce provided at the table had an unpleasant odor, suggesting it might be diluted with vinegar when running low. If you plan to dine here on your lunch break, I recommend ordering by phone well in advance to avoid rushing to eat. Be prepared for disappointing portion sizes. In my opinion, the meal was not worth the price or the wait. I am giving 2 stars due to the lengthy wait time and the minimal amount of fish on my Po’boy.
