I placed an order 3 weeks in advance for the event I was hosting. When I arrived the day before my event, the cake was not ready. Was also informed that new employees were being trained. Here’s the kicker to that, the owner/manager is the one who took my order. Not only, could you notice the cake was poorly decorated with entirely too much frosting. More frosting than actual cake.
