I go everyday at lunch and get the same thing, a large slim and trim chocolate, and every day but today they are great...However today it was either not mixed correctly, or the ingredients were different... I made it halfway back to work before turning around and bringing it back to tell them that it was not correct... only to have a monotone "that's what we made you"... They "remake" it and tell me to try it... I taste it and tell them, that's it... Only to be greeted by an eye roll and shutting of the window...That's strike one... Good way to chase off frequent customers...

It is a drive thru only each time I have been here there has been a long line. The folks working here are very nice. Be advised when turning at the back portion of the building that you don't run up onto the curb.

Ordered the strawberry banana activator, it was good but kinda disappointed they didn't fill it atleast to the line.

I go here twice a week, but now I will not go to this location no more!! I order then when I go to pay and turn down their gift card "PROMOTION" I get a WOW REALLY from their employee. Then is rude and abrasive, Not how customer service works. Social media is a killer hope you fix her attitude nobody has time for it.!!
