Made a mobile order at 12:41 and I know they’re super slow at this location so I called around 1:11 to get an update on my order. The girl who answered the phone said that there were 6 orders ahead of mine and it would be about another 30-45 mins before my order would be started. She suggested that I get in the drive thru line... Where I work I could walk to Starbucks in less than 3 mins. This Starbucks Coffee Company location is a very crowded Starbucks with friendly staff who have recently undergone a hiring change. However, it is a sloooow location with too many customers for the staff to handle, so order ahead and be prepared for a fifteen minute wait. The store is absolutely freezing, with customers wearing their coats inside. The workers provide great service; one barista offered help to an upset customer, and another sweetly selected appropriate gift cards for different occasions. The nitro is not recommended, as it was warm and didn’t taste properly brewed. An iced ube coconut macchiato was ordered, and the staff kindly replaced it when they forgot the lavender powder. A significant issue is the drive thru entrance sign, which needs to block the back side near Marshall’s. Cars often enter the wrong side, blocking the exit and causing drivers to back up or pull into parking spots to escape the lot. Expect a Starbucks.
