The drink is vitally important because the customer pays full price for it and they need it their meal when it is delivered. The receipt for the order needs to double checked before it is handed off to the delivery driver. The customer is paying the merchant to get it right.“

“I went into Waffle House for a pick up order! There was only one waitress and the cook. She was so happy and seemed to be running the place nicely! The cook sang a lot of the time! He’s quite talented and it made the time in the store so enjoyable!“

“I used to eat here with my parents over 40 years ago for special occasions. Next week will be my mom's 81st bday. I remembered that we had good memories there and invited her friends for a pre bday breakfast. It was such a peaceful atmosphere. We were greeted with such hospitality by every member of the staff. They treated my mom like royalty. Sat her at the head of the table, even sang to her. Then brought out a beautiful cake presentation to both our surprise. The food was AMAZING! The bathrooms were sparkling clean and smelled so fresh! Needless to say, new memories were made and will continue to be made!
