“The breakfast was A+ awesome. Staff was very friendly, attentive and everyone had smiles on their faces. My cheese grits were delicious hot and cheesy. Everything was hot. Good speedy service reasonable prices and great friendly atmosphere.“
“I'm from Mississippi now a Texan. I missed the taste of fried pan trout. When home last weekend for my niece's wedding we skipped out on the reception in search of you guessed it PAN TROUT. This place had all and everything my family was missing. There was so much fish we took it back to Texas it was delicious. The owner even threw in sodas for the entire family.“
“This is our go to breakfast place in the city. Ms. Della is always very pleasant and fun to talk with. Everything is always very quick and hot. Reasonable prices, definitely southern style breakfast (lots of butter!). You will not find any fresh salad's, or fresh and healthier (light) choices. But the breakfast are spot on. Coffee is fresh. Definitely recommend this little spot. It's located in the Medical Mall.“
“Driven across the country 4 times and have stopped at plenty of Waffle Houses- this has been the best experience so far out of all of them. Service was amazing, the timing to get our food was fast, the food was perfect. I ordered to go, ate in the car, and when I finished came back in to let the staff know how pleased I was- the girl who took my order goes “what’s wrong?” ? More people should inform the staff when something is good instead of just when something bad. Thank you to you and your staff! ?“
“I've been to this location a handful of times recently. It's close to downtown and convenient to the Interstate. Sometimes the service is very good, but I have had servers who were not friendly. The food is dependably good, although I've had to ask for items that were missing. I recommend the waffles and the grits, and the All-Star Breakfast includes both as well as eggs and bacon or sausage and toast.“
“Awfulhouse consistently has barely edible sub par greasy garbage food at bargain prices. What the food lacks in quality is made up for in great customer service and fantastic coffee. The menu is beyond extremely easy to navigate.I really wanted to eat at the nearby IHOP but refused to wait in line forever so l came here instead.Awfulhouse is never my first choice, it's just a repetitive bad choice I keep making out of necessity. The food quality is dismal at best, but I always feel welcomed, I never leave hungry and I never feel cheated.The working restroom is always a relief while traveling on the highway.Highly recommend on the outstanding level of customer service alone.l would recommend this establishment.“
“The young lady and young man who was working the night I went was doing a good job with it being just the two of them when I walked in one more guy came in but all to say they were working very hard we all know it takes more than two to run a IHOP great job keep up the good work ??“
“OMG !!!!! This spot must be under new management and leadership. When I tell you that the environment was friendly and clean. All the staff greeted us as we came through the door. Even the gentleman that was cleaning the tables walked around as he was cleaning, asking tables if they needed anything. Good job getting back to customer service. The only issue I had was the young lady that had a toddler there sitting on the check-in/out station, and then at some point, she walked into the kitchen area with the kid. But all in all, I would give it 8 out of 10 because of the vast improvement at this location.“
“This is by far the best donut shop I have been in. The donuts are soft and tender melt in your mouth and the biscuits and gravy are phenomenal. The staff are super friendly as well. Great little hole in the wall café to stop into if you are on the way through Florence Mississippi.“
“I used to eat here with my parents over 40 years ago for special occasions. Next week will be my mom's 81st bday. I remembered that we had good memories there and invited her friends for a pre bday breakfast. It was such a peaceful atmosphere. We were greeted with such hospitality by every member of the staff. They treated my mom like royalty. Sat her at the head of the table, even sang to her. Then brought out a beautiful cake presentation to both our surprise. The food was AMAZING! The bathrooms were sparkling clean and smelled so fresh! Needless to say, new memories were made and will continue to be made! It truly superceded my expectations and I am truly thankful for everything!“
