Horrible customer service. The get your order wrong and are never open when the posted hours show. I can’t believe this place is still in business. Would not recommend.
I got there at 11:04, doors not unlocked, no big deal I'll wait. there's 4/5 people moving around in there just looking at me. I waited a good 5 mins before walking away. so rude to ignore someone like that 😡
I've already had a bad morning and wanted to treat myself to Jimmy John's while I waited for my kid to come out of speech therapy.
