Ordered a baked potato with broccoli and the broccoli wasn't steamed, had a cpl bacon slices instead of bacon bits and wasn't very impressed with it. Family members had one at another location and recommended it to me.

Probably the worst Mcalisters I've ever been to. The staff barely seem to care and wait times are RIDICULOUS for an empty restaurant.Get ready to wait 20 minutes in line while 3 people are in front of you.I waited 40 minutes on the bench after ordering a to-go order in person. No one ever said my name, or said anything to me during that entire time. I go to the bathroom and walk past the shelf that is CLEARLY marked as mobile/call ahead orders, and my food is on the shelf....

This location could definitely use some help. The food and service aren't near as good as the other locations I've taken my family to, and the music is absolutely atrocious and not family friendly at all. If our order hadn't come out as quick as it did, we probably would've asked for a refund/asked to pack it to-go and left.
