Food was good, as I expected. However after visiting the men's room on my way out I would have changed my mind had I started there. Toilet seat was broken, urinal was out of order looked like for some time, the soap dispenser and paper towels were also damaged. This is not something that should fall on the employees, but rather management has severely dropped the ball. I would not go here again or recommend to others.

Ordered a baked potato with broccoli and the broccoli wasn't steamed, had a cpl bacon slices instead of bacon bits and wasn't very impressed with it. Family members had one at another location and recommended it to me.

Probably the worst Mcalisters I've ever been to. The staff barely seem to care and wait times are RIDICULOUS for an empty restaurant.Get ready to wait 20 minutes in line while 3 people are in front of you.I waited 40 minutes on the bench after ordering a to-go order in person. No one ever said my name, or said anything to me during that entire time. I go to the bathroom and walk past the shelf that is CLEARLY marked as mobile/call ahead orders, and my food is on the shelf....
