This location SUCKS. The line stays wrapped around the building and out to the street at all hours of the AM. Almost impossible to get to before work. Card reader is always down. SUPER slow. Drinks are not consistent. Don’t think going inside will save time- you’ll wait even longer in there. They need more employees, staffing or something.
The mobile app makes ordering so much easier. My coffee is always hot and fresh. The staff is great. The line in the drive thru can be extremely long, but they usually don’t take any longer than 10-15 minutes to have me on my way.

I did a mobile order at 12:16. Got to the store about 12:30 and I didn’t end up getting my coffee until 12:46. 30 minutes for a mobile order. This is also the second time this has happened.
