I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
The girl working the window (5/16/26) has a very sunny demeanor, and made my day a little better.
Very typical Hardee's, but and I did say but they one of best cinnamon rolls we have found in the southern part of Mississippi. Cinnamon rolls are very hard to find in southern Mississippi.

Hardee's in Gautier is a fast‑food spot that offers a range of items such as burgers, sweet tea, fries, steak biscuits, chicken biscuits, sausage biscuits, breakfast and coffee. Customers say the food is excellent, especially the sweet tea and fries, and the prices are decent for breakfast. Service is mixed. Some staff are helpful and friendly, while others can be rude or ignore customers. A lady at the window was rude and did not tell the price or ask if the customer needed anything for the coffee. Management has taken steps to improve by training staff to listen to orders. Still, orders can be incorrect, some burgers have the wrong number of patties, and wait times are long. Some customers drive long distances for steak biscuits only to receive the wrong biscuit, which is frustrating. Overall, the food is excellent but the service and the store not always the cleanest can be inconsistent.
