Tried the new Off The Chain Bar & SmokeHouse on Ladnier road in Gautier today and the wings were a hit. Crispy with plenty of sauce. I tried the sweet teriyaki and those were yummy as well! It's like the grumpier old men running the place and they have some kinks to work out but I'll definitely be back for some more wings!
