what I just sent corporate...
I am in Greenville Mississippi. The phone number on the order is ---but contact me at the number I am on now. I placed an advanced order for 7 pizzas at around 8 am to be delivered at 11 am to a school for a class party.
The tracking showed it was being delivered after 11, but when the driver got there, it was for another order to the same school. I kept calling the local store and being put on hold repeatedly. Could never get the manager....read full review
When you place an order online an hour before closing, they call to tell you they are done with taking orders cuz they put the food up and then ask me if they won’t them to cancel my orderfor me ?!! Actually, no I want you to make it but whatever!!!
There is always an issue. Either very long wait time for delivery, wrong items or missing items. I asked tonight what I need to do to have one hassle free experience and could not get an answer. I can't believe this is acceptable business practice.
