Pasquale’s Pizza & Frostop has amazing food, including a really good cauliflower crust pizza. The roast beef sandwich is piled high with coleslaw, but the menu did not say it was topped with coleslaw. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, but the restaurant is very dated and not real clean, looks like they don’t dust at all. Service has been terrible. The cashiers need training; there is no service, just a cashier who didn’t want to be there. They tell you 15-20 minutes on wait time over the phone, but customers end up waiting over an hour with no courtesy letting them know it’s coming. The owner and staff are all unbelievably awesome, and the staff go above and beyond for their customers.
