Hot Tamale Heaven normally lives up to their name, but not this time. I had been craving tamales and I go and to my surprise the prices have gone up. Fine, I still order a dozen to drive 30 minutes home and they are unseasoned and dry! The tamales actually looked old. I was so disappointed as this was my go to spot for tamales. I only ate 3 hoping it would get better.

Passing Through from Texas! Miss Toya and her teams service was A1! I got the sampler plate that came with 2 tamales, 1 fried tamale, 2 sweet honey wings and a side of fries. Best tamales I’ve have ever had in my life! Flavorful and juicy!

We ordered the samples meal and I must say everything was dried out and tasted old except the fried okra which was too salty. We were highly disappointed. Don't plan to visit ever again. So sad.....

I ordered the Extreme Tamale Nachos. The chips were all completely broken into tiny pieces and they were all completely soggy and gross. Had to eat it with a spoon. Got about halfway through and threw rest in garbage. Absolutely ridiculous for $15. And they be asking for tips automatically on carry out orders for this stuff

This place is ALWAYS a hit. One of the best burgers around not to mention the fried hot tamales that are insanely too good. The service is always great and I never leave hungry. Also, the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh!!

Any business that excels and continues to grow will always be because of excellent managers keeping priorities in check and understanding that excellent customer service is the life blood of their establishment!!! My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Hot Tamale Heaven, recently and had the opportunity to talk with Ms Latoya about a minor issue!!! Ms Latoya, listened to our concerns and immediately made us feel like we had known her for many years! Not only did she display a concerned attitude but offered us free drinks while she promptly corrected the situation 100%!!! She ensured us that the issue would be resolved at no cost to us...and prepared it promptly, stood there to ensure everything was corrected to our satisfaction!!! Hot tamale Heaven 🫔 is the place to dine and be totally respected as a guest! Ms Latoya, has above and beyond perfect managerial skills and is the personification of a business person understanding what customer care and services is about!!! I thank you Ms Latoya, for your diligence in helping to create a environment of peace and understanding of our issue..AND resolving it with kindness and a smile on your face!!!
