This place is very unprofessional no waitresses the worker at register was very unprofessional ignored the food that was ready it sat for awhile before the other worker who was sitting at back would even attempt to cone up to call out names when i finally got called they screamed out my name and when i came up there was someone elses food items on my tray the fries were slung all over tray as if someone tossed them. Very disappointed and i will not be going back

The food is amazing but the service has been terrible the last couple of times I’ve been. They tell you 15-20 minutes on wait time over the phone, which is fine, but you I ended up waiting over an hour each time. With no courtesy letting me know it’s coming or nothing.

We love dining here as a family. It has a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The cashiers; however, need a lil training from the people over at Chick fil La! A smile 😃 will go a long way. Im exhausted when coming into an establishment and treated as if Im bothering them.

The staff and atmosphere are fine, it’s the lack of description for me. My husband has been getting the roast beef sandwich for years. After not going for quite a while we made a drive over from Arkansas for this sandwich. Nowhere on the menu did it say it was topped with coleslaw… we waited quite a while for his sandwich and my cauliflower crust pizza (which was really good) but the sandwich was piled high with sweet slaw that he can NOT eat. We double checked the menu and saw no indication of what was on it. A $15 sandwich went in the trash.

Pizza was ok, didn't try anything else. Very dated and not real clean, looks like they dont dust at all. Really no service, order at the counter by a girl who didn't want to be there. Go to counter to pick up your dine in order, go back up for a box. So there was no service just a cashier/order taker.

The lady at the drive thru was very nice. But when I got home my burger was not right. I live 15 miles from frost top. Do I guess it’s my fault for not checking the burger before I drove home. If you didn’t have what I asked for on my burger you should have told me.
