The food is amazing but the service has been terrible the last couple of times I’ve been. They tell you 15-20 minutes on wait time over the phone, which is fine, but you I ended up waiting over an hour each time. With no courtesy letting me know it’s coming or nothing.
We love dining here as a family. It has a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The cashiers; however, need a lil training from the people over at Chick fil La! A smile 😃 will go a long way. Im exhausted when coming into an establishment and treated as if Im bothering them.
The staff and atmosphere are fine, it’s the lack of description for me. My husband has been getting the roast beef sandwich for years. After not going for quite a while we made a drive over from Arkansas for this sandwich. Nowhere on the menu did it say it was topped with coleslaw… we waited quite a while for his sandwich and my cauliflower crust pizza (which was really good) but the sandwich was piled high with sweet slaw that he can NOT eat.
