I am a huge fan of Popeyes. Fried chicken is my comfort food. And I don’t like to fry a bunch of food at home. My go to will always be Popeyes. Greenville Popeyes just happened to be better than what I typically get. The batter was so light and crispy. Different than what im used to at my local Popeyes. I don’t know what they are doing different but its amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to all the employees. Yall did a fantastic job.
The drive thru workers didn't seem to listen to the order as I had to repeat it 4 times before they put anything up on the screen ,,,, and then I had to have them fix it multiple times before they finally got it right and then I only received half of what I ordered ,,,, I live across town so I didn't go back to have it corrected,,, just wasn't worth my time ,,, I'll be going to Chick-fil-A from now on ,,,,
The chicken is always good, but the customer service is terrible. I saw so many people just walk out because they were taking so long to take their orders. The staff needs to be refreshed and regrouped.
