Of all the Chester's Chicken I've ever been to...and I've been to alot of them due to my job, I had never been greeted and attended with such joy and friendliness.Cynthia Clark at the Gulfport MS. restaurant in the Love's Truck Stop is a highly motivated employee and a valuable asset to this restaurant. She made sure to draw me in as I was headed into the restaurant right next advising me she had fresh chicken and sides ready to be served.Not just the food but her enthusiasm displayed convinced me I should consume their product which I will say was the best served so far out of all of Chester's I've been to.May she continue to be the brightness in this place and may she rise within this company's totem pole to the highest level.Thank You Cynthia ???

Stopped in to get some chicken. Pricing monitors not working and couldn't tell me pricing. Ordered 2 pcs strip basket meal. Chicken was cold and barely any gravy on potatoes. Asked more and seemed like I was asking for to much. Didn't have honey for biscuit either.....very

Fry some damn Chicken Livers and throw out the old dry ones that have been sitting there for two hours. Most of my visits (I’m in Loves truck stop every night) they either have none or the few they have are old. Was there last night at 7 pm. No livers. Was told it would be 30 minutes before they would have any. Of my last 6 visits I’ve got livers once.

First time stopping into a Chester's chicken before and we saw this one connected to a gas station while on our way to Pensacola. Wanted to try the chicken sandwiches but the first thing that threw me off was everything was under heat lamps and nothing is fixed to order...The guy at the register was really friendly and helpful. The chicken sandwiches were subpar imo. If this is how all the Chester's are it'll be a big no from me always.

Staff was very kind (always is when i come in occasionally) i was having a rough morning but the chesters employees were kind and uplifting and the manager of the loves/chesters was there and sparked up a convo with me. We talked for a few amd was delighted when he offered me a free strawberry pie with my meal.. definitely went a long way in reference to the rough day i was having. Definitely brightened my day (1-23-2023 monday)

Average food. Too expensive for what you get. The sides are small and you only get one, no drink with the combo. Didn't actually fill the side all the way either. Typically out of some food. Idk how you run out of fries... Only one employee while (presumably) the manager was on break. Extremely nice lady but still learning and made ordering kinda a chore with a lot of repetitions. Pretty sure I coulda paid her a fraction of what I did because I had to repeat everything at the register when she rung it up. Sweet biscuits were off putting like half donut half biscuit and the pickles on the sandwiches made me wonder if I accidentally ate the wrapper. Woulda honestly been better to go get a buncha lame burrito things from the gas station warmer and more to boot.
The boneless children wings were not good. They were cold, not crunchy. Bread has no flavor. The greens bean were cold and over cooked. Probably never again.

Okay, so the two ladies working here this evening (one middle-aged white lady and a younger black woman) were super super friendly and helpful. My husband and I had never had Chester's before and they made sure to bundle items together to save us money! That level of customer service goes above and beyond; we really appreciated it. They were also happy to chat us up about our trip (they could tell we were from out of town from our accent haha). These gals deserve a promotion. The food was hot and delicious too. The honey encrusted on the biscuit paired amazing with the fried chicken. And the potato wedges were great as well. I think I just became a fan! Next time I'm for sure gonna try the Mac n cheese.
