Bradley’s is a local spot in Long Beach, the kind of place people talk about when they tell stories of finding incredible food inside a gas station. Yes, they sell fuel, but what they really offer is southern cooking at its finest. The front is a convenience store that seems normal until you see the menu. In the back, they have separate facilities for crawfish, and the crew goes through each sack by hand to ensure the best quality. The seafood is consistently fresh and high quality.
They have the BEST Royal(Argentine) Red shrimp on the MS coast, and the shrimp po’boy is AMAZING, with shrimp that overflow. They have every other kind of po’boy, and the boiled crawfish and shrimp are always on point. The owner makes signature homemade Gumbo from scratch, available in all sizes up to a gallon. The royal red boiled seafood platter was so good. Other menu items include chicken tenders that saved a life, Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, catfish, boudin balls, and jalapeño poppers. The seafood potato salad is "fiyah." They sell fresh, locally harvested oysters. It is an all-around great little place with friendly staff, reasonable prices, and honest work. Definitely something worth seeing for yourself.
