I was so excited to see the Smokehouse back on the menu until I opened the box and saw that my chicken still had a neck. My food was so overcooked it was crunchy. Whereas it's usually noisy and full of flavor, it was inedible. It looked like a piegon. And the staff were leaning their bottoms on the counters, ones stomach was hanging out from under her clothes. Drive up and I can not understand a single word the person said and told her and someone else came on the intercom. I ordered and got my food relatively fast. I read my reciept and there was a 50 cent up charge for the okra. The 3 piece meal states 1 side, so isn't an okra considered a side. Not anymore unless you pay extra. when questioned she said it was on menu. I must have missed that tiny print. I drove home and took everything out of bag.
