We bought 4 sacks of crawfish ranging from 34-38#. Upon preparing them to boil we had 20# of dead bugs in one sack and called them and they said bring them back, when someone did we prepared another sack and found the same problem and called them back, they gave us another sack free to cover the 2 sacks that contained at least 35# of dead ones.
