Have placed several online orders over the past few years that tell you when they are ready for pickup. Go to the store and they haven't even started to make the food. Now you gotta wait 20 minutes after you've already waited. Also never seem to have the lunch combo ready for lunch. They always want you to wait 10 minutes for them to cook one. It's just managed very badly.
The crazy bread didn't look or feel like crazy bread. It was hard and not thoroughly sliced. Also, the app didn't work. I waited 15 minutes in the parking lot and did not get any notifications so I went in to inquire about my order. It was ready but the app did not update until I was home twenty minutes later.
