Everytime we go in the same girl seems to be working and seems to get ruder each time. Tonight we went in and there was a HUGE pile of water in front of most of the area where you view the ice cream and we let the girls working know when she informed us rudely that it had already been established that there was water on the floor and made no efforts to put up a sign or even attempt to clean it up.
The first time I went in was a few weeks ago and I purchased a brownie and two slices of cookie cake. The brownie was stale and hard. So I said, maybe it’s a fluke. Fast forward to today. I purchased two slices of cookie cake and a cookie cut out. The cookie cut out was stale and the slices were hard!!!😡😡😡 I don’t think I’ll be back.
I am never one to do this, but I just had the worst service in an establishment EVER. Granted, they were busy, so I don’t mind waiting for a little while to get my ice cream. BUT what I do mind is receiving half melted ice cream that had plastic in it from someone that had airpods in that never spoke to us, not even to ask what toppings we wanted in our ice cream. I’m so sad because I grew up LOVING Marble Slab, but will probably never go back.
