Hours online say open at 6am. They aren't open at 6am. Today employees outside and said food was on the grill and needed 10 minutes to cook. This was at 635am. Drive by every weekday and they are sitting outside, sign lights off, and not open.

Employees had earbuds in, I had to sit in drive through for over 10 minutes waiting for my food which was only two bagels, when I pulled up there was only three cars in front of me who looked like they were also waiting. I had to go inside just to ask where my order was. If it wasn’t for the fact that I had already paid I would have left sooner.

The most horrible service ever there was no organization in the store with the people behind the counter food was cold and orders where coming out wrong and it took Dane near an 1 hours to order get the food and leave it was nothing but teenagers with headphones in there ears not listening and not caring about the customer in the lobby or drive tru they where just standing around not knowing what the hell they where supposed to be doing worst service I’ve ever had in a McDonald’s the absolute worse and the mangers where not trying to help with the front the drive tru or anything it was horrible

I’m really just writing this review to give a shout out to Nicole. She needs a raise. She was so sweet and I would definitely come back to say hey to her. Also the line moved quick for it being Easter weekend. One of the better experiences I’ve had here.

I have been to this store 3 times in the past 2 weeks to try to get breakfast. The website says it opens at 6 AM I have been there after 6 each time, but every time I stop and go to the drive through. I am told they are not open Went this morning and at 6:15. I'm being told that they will not be open for another 15 minutes. Please update your website or get your manager to put some people there at 6 o'clock in the morning. So that your customers can be waited on.
