McDonald's is a restaurant with varying hours of operation. While they may not always be open at their listed 6am, employees are sometimes available outside and preparing food. One standout employee, Taylor, was praised for his good service and friendly demeanor, especially when he helped a customer correct an online order issue by providing the missing items and an extra 20 piece nugget. The manager of the location has also been commended for his exceptional kindness, professionalism, and management skills, making customers feel welcome and valued. However, there have been some issues with orders, such as missing extra onions on steak biscuits and incorrect quantities of chicken nuggets. Despite these problems, the food is consistently hot and delicious, with crispy hash browns and well-made drinks. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like a local cafe, rather than a chain restaurant.
