Ordered a drink on the app today and checked in at 6:45 pm. There were only about 3 cars there when I got there. Watched all of them leave plus another car pull up and get food and leave and I was still sitting there waiting for my drink at 6:59 pm. I called over the intercom and asked for a refund. A minute later, a girl came out with my drink and asked if I still wanted a refund (with an attitude). Tell me why this sonic charged me $2.03 for a large WATER with lemon ! The Most I’ve ever paid at the other local sonics was 1.06 …. According to the manager at the location a water is not apart of any special and they have always charged for WATER . I will never go back I can tell you that !
This Sonic is one of the best. I stop by every morning before work to get a drink. Staff are very friendly and always gets my order out to me fast.
